Wildcat Dolls Dance Academy September 2010

Classes are split roughly with age, ability and also effort levels. Things have changed quite dramatically this term, so please make sure you read the letters given to you. The first class for this term starts next week (Week beginning 13^th September)

It’s always nice to work towards performances in classes and this next term is based around the Kittens End of Year Show. This is at Castleford Phoenix Theatre, Airedale High School. Through out the term Kittens will be learning routines in cheerleading, street dance and contemporary that will make up the show, taking place in November. This year we are having 2 separate shows; 1 for juniors and 1 for seniors.

Juniors End of Year Show will be on Saturday 6^th November 2010

Seniors End of Year Show will be on Sunday 7^th November 2010.

If you have not been able to make enrolment for the September term, then all you need to do is send the following details to jodietravis@wakefieldwildcats.co.uk;

• Your Name?
• Your Class? (this is the same as last term, if you are a new enroller then we will assign you a class after the email)
• Whether you want to do kittens and Street dance or just kittens?
• Your Date of Birth?
• Your Home address?
• Your Emergency contact number and the number you would like to receive text messages to?
• Any Medical Conditions?
• Whether you are paying weekly or termly? (termly deadline is next week)
• Do you give permission for photographs and videos to be taken for promotional use?

General Notes:

• If you change your contact details, it’s really important that you keep us up to date. If you change your address or phone number please send a note to class letting us know. Please make sure we are aware of any medical conditions your child may have.
• All costume orders MUST be brought in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name.  Nothing will be ordered until full payment has been received.
• Any monies eg. weekly fees, ticket money, costume orders must be handed in at the front desk.  Do not hand money into class teachers as they are too busy and things can easily get lost.
• If you have any queries, then please text the kittens phone on 07908 175987.  Please only contact us outside of normal working hours, unless there is am emergency.
• READ LETTERS!!  We do try and put all the information that you require on letters ie holidays, event info etc. If ever you are away, letters will be on the website under Kittens Letters.
