An opportunity has arisen at the Wildcats for a hard working and driven individual to join the Club as Membership Manager.

The role is a unique opportunity to become part of an elite sports club and manage the ever increasing demands of our Membership department. Working with the marketing and sales team, the right candidate will look at ways in which he/she can increase Membership and ticket sales, lottery subscriptions and introduce additional membership schemes that meet the demands of supporters.
Success will be evaluated against SMART targets that will support the Clubs licensing strategy and business plan. In addition, the right candidate will benefit from company incentives such as bonuses, CPD and being part of a winning team.
Candidates should have the following skills:
Essential:
Direct Sales experience in a similar environment
Driving License
Excellent Communication Skills
Interest in Sport, particularly Rugby League
Proficient at using Microsoft Office
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent Customer Service skills with a proven track record
Experience of working towards set targets
Desirable:
Knowledge of local area
Interest in marketing
Worked within a team
